Doctor Clinic

Full Doctor Clinic Services

Trustworthy Doctor Clinic

NPHS - Nurse Practitioner Health Services fulfills the essential services of a traditional clinic; however, it is run by nurse practitioners and not doctors. We prescribe medications, perform lab testing, and diagnose and treat ailments. Although there is no physician on site, per state of Wisconsin laws, we do have access to and collaborate with a physician if needed.

We take pride in providing direct health services to improve and maintain your health and wellness in a comfortable environment. Call today - 920-840-8524.
