Rachael Cabral-Guevara, FNP

Rachael Cabral-Guevara is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a licensed Advanced Practice Nurse Prescriber with over 10 years of experience working in primary care throughout Wisconsin.  She has practiced as a Family Nurse Practitioner within a community health center, student health center, and urgent care clinic.

Prior to being a Family Nurse Practitioner, Rachael worked as a registered nurse with a focus on community health, home, and long-term care.
